個人情報の取り扱いについて

基本理念

東京MINATO CITY国際音楽コンクール＆ワークショップは東京・港区を舞台に、若手音楽家の発掘と育成を目的として、ヴァイオリン、チェロ、ピアノの三部門を毎年一部門開催する「国際音楽コンクール」と音楽の道を志す中学生・高校生に向けた「教育ワークショップ」の同時開催を行います。
私たち東京MINATO CITY国際音楽コンクール＆ワークショップ実行委員会は、高度情報化社会における個人情報保護の重要性を認識し、個人の人格尊重の理念の下に、ご利用いただくお客様、取引先及び職員を含むすべての個人情報を慎重かつ適切に取扱うとともにその保護に努めます。

基本方針と取り扱い

• 個人情報の取得は、あらかじめ利用目的を特定し、同意を得た上で、その目的に必要な限度において行います。
• 第三者から個人情報の提供を受ける際には、事前に提供に関する同意が得られていることを確認いたします。
• 取得した個人情報は、同意を得た利用目的の範囲内で、業務の遂行上必要な限りにおいて利用します。
• 事前に同意を得た場合、又は法令の規定及び生命、健康、財産等の重大な利益を保護するために必要な場合を除き、利用目的以外の利用又は提供は行いません。また、そのための措置を講じます。
• 個人情報の紛失･破壊･改ざん･漏えい・不正アクセスが生じないよう、適切な予防対策と是正処置を講じます。
• 個人情報の取扱い業務を委託する際には、適切な取扱いと保護が図られるよう、委託先の管理を行います。
• お客様からご本人の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、追加又は削除、利用の停止、消去及び第三者への提供の停止の申し出があった場合には、速やかに対応します。
• 個人情報に関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守いたします。
• 個人情報保護方針を広く公表するとともに、構築したマネジメントシステムの継続的な見直しと改善に取組みます。
• 個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情及び相談には、適切かつ迅速な対応に努めます。
• 特定の個人を識別できないように個人情報を加工し、当該個人情報を復元できないようにした匿名加工情報は、取扱いません。

Handling of personal information

Basic principle

The Tokyo MINATO CITY International Music Competition & Workshop is set in Minato City, Tokyo, and with the aim of discovering and nurturing young musicians, it shall hold an “international music competition” every year alternately in three sections: violin, cello, and piano. At the same time, an "educational workshop" shall be held for junior high and high school students who aspire to a career in music.
We, the Tokyo MINATO CITY International Music Competition & Workshop Executive Committee, recognize the importance of personal information protection in a highly information-based society, and under the principle of respect for individual personality, we shall carefully and appropriately handle and protect all personal information of those including our customers, business partners, and employees.

Basic policy and handling

• Personal information shall be acquired only to the extent necessary for the purpose for which it is to be used, after specifying the purpose and obtaining consent in advance.
• When receiving personal information from a third party, we shall confirm that consent for the provision is obtained in advance.
• The acquired personal information shall be used within the scope of the purpose of use for which consent has been obtained and to the extent necessary for the performance of business.
• We shall not use or provide personal information for any purpose other than for which it has been collected, unless prior consent has been obtained, or unless required by law or necessary to protect life, health, property, or other important interests. We shall also take measures to ensure this compliance.
• We shall take appropriate preventive and corrective measures to avoid loss, destruction, manipulation, leak, and unauthorized access of personal information.
• When outsourcing the handling of personal information, we shall supervise the outsourcing company to ensure appropriate handling and protection of the personal information.
• When a customer requests notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, removal, or suspension of provision to a third party regarding his/her personal information, we shall promptly respond to such requests.
• We shall comply with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other norms concerning personal information.
• We shall widely publicize our privacy policy and continuously review and improve the management system we have established.
• We shall strive to respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
• We shall not handle anonymously processed information in which personal information is processed so that a specific individual cannot be identified and the personal information cannot be restored.
